The below video demonstrates a series of exercises that are beneficial to those people suffering from Type 2 Diabetes. One of the things it discusses is how exercise helps to reduce the amount of glucose in your blood stream which helps to control your overall blood sugar.

Some of the exercises demonstrated are the squat, lunge twist, squat with side leg lifts, jumping jacks, over-extends and more.
