Most everyone will suffer from painful joints at some point in their life. If you stopped to look at the structure of the joints in your body, you’d realize what a wondrous thing it really is. We are upright and bipedal because of intelligent knee and foot joints; we can do a huge variety of tasks because we have opposable thumbs, and we can express ourselves to be clearly understood because of our jaws.
